RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you’re keen to send a full-priced product back – we’ll exchange or refund it for free, as long as it’s within 30 days of when you pressed the ‘add to cart’ button.

To be eligible for a return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure your request meets the following criteria:

  • Timeline: Returns must be initiated and posted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Item Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging (including branded dust bags), and have all original tags attached.
  • Exclusions: Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
  • Proof of Purchase: We can only process returns or exchanges for items purchased directly via the Urban Originals website. For items purchased through a stockist, please contact them directly to follow their specific return policy.

Shipping & Liability
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, additional shipping charges will apply to the new item. Please note that Urban Originals is not responsible for items lost in transit without valid proof of delivery.

If you decide to cancel or modify your order please write to us at sales@uo.com.au. We will do our best to assist you.

WARRANTLY CLAIMS

At Urban Originals, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. We offer a 3-month limited warranty on all items purchased directly through our website.

  • Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults. If a faulty item is no longer in stock, we will provide you with a replacement of equal value or a store credit.
  • Exclusions: Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Assessment: To initiate a claim, please follow our returns process below. Urban Originals reserves the right to decline a warranty claim if the item does not meet our policy requirements upon inspection.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE

Return label will be included in your parcel – all you need to do is drop it to the nearest post office.

For warranty claims, please include a copy of your order confirmation, as well as 2-3 snaps of the damaged goods. If your item is sold out, specify which product of equal value, you’ve got your eyes on.
