Returns and Refunds
We get online shopping isn’t a science. We want you to be chuffed with your Urban Original. So if you’re keen to send a full-priced product back – we’ll exchange or refund it for free, as long as it’s within 30 days of when you pressed the ‘add to cart’ button.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
- Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition, including branded dust bags
- Item(s) must be unused with the original tags still attached.
If your merchandise disappears without proof of delivery, we can’t wear that. The original shipping charges aren’t refundable; if you are exchanging for an alternative item, additional shipping charges apply.
Finally, we can only exchange or refund if you made your purchase on our Urban Originals website. If you bought your item at a stockist – you’ll need to chat with them to nut-out their returns policy.
We can only refund or exchange faulty items you bought from our website in the last 3 months. If your item has been snapped-up, we'll outfit you with a product of similar value.
If your item has damage or defects from misuse, neglect, wear and tear or any modifications this warranty won’t fly.
To return or exchange your item(s) – go with the returns flow below. Urban Originals reserves the right to say ‘no’ to claims if we determine the wares don’t stand up to our returns policy requirements.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE
Return label will be included in your parcel – all you need to do is drop it to the nearest post office.
For warranty claims, please include a copy of your order confirmation, as well as 2-3 snaps of the damaged goods. If your item is sold out, specify which product of equal value, you’ve got your eyes on.
