General Cleaning

For everyday maintenance, gently wipe away dust or surface marks with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive materials; a gentle, circular motion is all that is required. For vegan and leather materials, alcohol-free baby wipes are an excellent alternative for quick cleaning.

Moisture & Drying

• Keep it Dry: Handbags should never be submerged in water or machine washed.
• Air Dry Only: If your bag becomes wet, allow it to air dry naturally in a cool, shaded area.
• Avoid Heat: Never use a hair dryer or direct heat source to speed up the drying process, as this can cause the material to crack or lose its shape.

Leather vs. Vegan Care

• Premium Leather: We recommend using a high-quality leather conditioner every few months to maintain the leather’s suppleness and prevent it from drying out.
• Vegan Leather (PU): New vegan materials may have a slight "new bag" scent upon arrival. This is completely normal and will naturally dissipate within a few days of use.

Storage

When not in use, store your bag in its original Urban Originals dust bag to protect it from dust and direct sunlight.
